The acquisition of a product on the website “destination-scooter.com”, implies an unconditional acceptance, by the buyer, of these conditions of sale. The purchaser acknowledges that he has read this prior to his order.
The seller retains the possibility to modify its sales conditions at any time, in order to comply with any new regulations or in order to improve the use of its site. Therefore, the applicable conditions will be those in force on the date of the buyer’s order.
2. Products:
The seller reserves the right to change the product range at any time.
Each product is unique and presented on the website in the form of a description and photos.
The products on sale are used parts for scooters Vespa and Lambretta, from the years 1950’s to 1970’s. Condition of parts differs, descriptions and photographs are as accurate as possible. Products are sold as is.
The purchase of a product is the sole responsibility of the purchaser who is required to take note of the characteristics of the products before any order.
The buyer must therefore clearly identify the model of his Vespa or Lambretta, its year of manufacture and its origin. For example, the French, Italian or Spanish models may be very different for the same year.
3. Prices
The prices shown on the “destination-scooter.com” website are expressed in Euros (€) all taxes included.
The seller reserves the right to change his prices at any time, however, it being understood that the price appearing in the catalogue on the day of the order will be the only one applicable to the buyer.
The prices indicated do not include delivery costs, these are charged in addition to the price of the products purchased according to the total amount of the order.
4. Order
Prior to any order, the buyer must create an account at « destination-scooter.com” website. The account creation topic is accessible directly from the menu bar at the top right (my account).
The buyer selects the products he wants to order in the “basket”, checks his delivery address or enters a new one.
The next step is to check all the information and read the general terms and conditions of sale by ticking the corresponding box, then prompt him to validate his order by clicking on the “Confirm my order” button.
The confirmation of an order involves the acceptance of these conditions of sale, and the renunciation to used its own conditions of purchase. All the data provided and the confirmation recorded will be proof of the transaction.
5. Payment
The buyer is redirected to « La Banque Postale’s » secure interface in order to securely fill in his personal credit card references. When payment is accepted, the order is registered and the contract is definitively formed.
6. Retention of title
The seller retains full ownership of the products sold until the price is fully collected, including transportation costs.
7. Delivery
Deliveries are made to the address indicated on the order form.
The package is usually sent within 3 business days. The delay can be longer in case of absence. In this case, the buyer will be kept informed.
Orders are placed by « La Poste » up to 30kg, with a tracking number. The delivery times are those announced by « La Poste ».
Above 30 kg, the shipment will be split into several packages.
Shipping and packing costs are calculated automatically by weight and destination.

In the event of absence, the buyer will receive a notice of passage, which allows him to withdraw the products ordered at the nearest post office, for a period specified by the postal services.
The buyer is obliged to check, in the presence of the delivery agent, the condition of the packaging and its contents at delivery.
8. Right of withdrawal
The private purchaser has the possibility to use his right of withdrawal within 14 days.
This right of withdrawal does not apply to a professional purchaser.
Printed materials such as magazine, old ad, technical magazine cannot be returned.
Return is not possible if the part is damaged during installation or after using it it.
Under no circumstances will the seller be held responsible for the improper use of his products.
In case of return the buyer must return the article perfectly packed, with a postal service allowing to prove the date of shipment.
The seller does not cover the return costs.

The seller shall reimburse within 14 days of the date of receipt of the returned products.
The parts being used and old, they can be several decades old, they are more or less worn and damaged and cannot be guaranteed as a new part. It is important to read the description, see the photos and ask the necessary questions to make your choice.
A dissatisfied part replacement can never be done with a strictly identical part.
9. Responsibility
The seller’s liability may not be incurred for any damage resulting from the use of the Internet network such as data loss, intrusion, virus, break-up of service, or other unintended problems.
10. Intellectual property
All the elements of the site website « destination-scooter.com » are and remain the intellectual and exclusive property of the seller. No person is authorized to reproduce, exploit, or use, in any way, even partially, any part of the Website in the form of a photo, logo, visual or text.
11. Personal data
The seller undertakes to preserve the confidentiality of the information provided by the buyer. In this respect, the user has a right to access, modify and delete information concerning him.
The data collected will not be communicated to anyone other than the seller.
12. Dispute resolution
The present conditions of distance selling are subject to French law. For all disputes, the competent Court shall be that of Auch, France.
Only the French language is authentic for the conclusion of the contract.
13 . Custom duties
Any order delivered outside the European Economic Community may be subject to customs duties and charges which are imposed when the parcel reaches its destination.
These duties and taxes shall be paid by the purchaser. the seller is not required to verify and inform you of the applicable duties and taxes.
In order to know them, the purchaser must check with the competent authorities of his country. The costs related to cash transfers (transfer charges, exchange charges) are paid by the purchaser.
