Returns and Cancellations

You can return any product that does not give you complete satisfaction within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from receipt of the product ordered on the destination-scooter.com website.

If you have decided to return a product, it must not have been used and you must keep it in its original state. The product must be returned to us in perfect condition, (it must be in the original condition, it must be returned inside or accompanied by its original packaging).

In addition, we will not accept returns of damaged products or in case of delivery not in conformity with the order which would be notified to us beyond a reasonable time. In the case of return of a defective product or non-compliant delivery, we will offer to exchange the product, make a new delivery in accordance with the order or cancel your order.

Attach a copy of the invoice of your purchase by mentioning the reference of the defective product on the copy (stability, underlined …). Take care to place your items in a perfectly packaged package.
You can return by using the postal service of your choice. Please note that our return address is: Destination Scooter, The Village, 32140 Mont d’Astarac.
However, we will be unable to cover the cost of return unless I am mistaken.
We thank you for keeping your proof of shipment and your purchase invoice until your full refund.
It is your responsibility to keep all the proofs of return, and to send your items through a mailing service with acknowledgment of receipt or any other means to provide accurate proof of the date of dispatch.

When will I be refunded once I return an item?

Within the framework of the right of retraction, we refund you within 14 calendar days following the date on which we were notified of your will to retract, this delay being able to be deferred until the day we receive the (s) ) product (s) returned to the address mentioned above.

In other cases of return, we will refund within 15 working days from the dispatch of your package, this delay may be deferred until the receipt of the products by our services.

All our refunds are made by the same means of payment as used at the time of your order and Destination Scooter reserves the right to deduct from the refund any amount for returned products that are damaged. You will be refunded the amount corresponding to the price of returned products excluding delivery charges, if applicable, except in case of use of the right of withdrawal. The return costs are always your responsibility.

Promotions and discount codes

If you decide to return an order for which you have benefited from a discount code, the amount refunded will take into account the minimum amount to qualify for the discount code. In other words, if the total amount of the order falls below the minimum amount to qualify for the discount code once returned items, the amount of the reduction will be deducted from the refund. For example, a reduction of € 10 (applied from € 60 of purchase excluding delivery costs) will be deducted from the amount refunded if the total amount of the order is less than € 60 after the return of the items.

The return of an order for which you have benefited from delivery fees offered (not provided in the form of a discount code) will have no effect on the amount refunded.

Right to retract

In accordance with Directive 2011/83 / EU of October 25, 2011, as transposed in France, you have the possibility to use your right of withdrawal within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of your order to return to us. products without having to justify yourself.

You must inform us that you wish to retract by any means and in particular by writing to Destination Scooter, Le Village, 32140 Mont d’Astarac.

The date of your notice of withdrawal is the date on which you send your notification to Destination Scooter, so it is best to keep a copy of it.

You must also return to us by post the products in their original state, at your expense and risk, and at the latest within 14 calendar days following the notification of your withdrawal.

We will proceed to your refund as soon as possible and at the latest within 14 calendar days following the date on which we were notified of your wish to retract, this delay being able to be deferred until the day we receive the (s) product (s) returned. All our refunds are made by the same means of payment as used at the time of the order and we reserve the right to deduct from the refund any amount for returned products that are damaged. As part of the right of withdrawal, you will be refunded the amount of returned products including the amount corresponding to standard delivery charges, excluding the return costs that are your responsibility.

Legal guarantee of conformity, articles L. 217-4 and following of the Code of the consumption and guarantee of latent defects, articles 1641 and following of the Civil code

All the Products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity envisaged in articles L. 217-4 and following of the Code of the consumption, as well as the guarantee of the hidden defects of articles 1641 and following of the Civil Code:

Article L217-4 of the Consumer Code
The seller is required to deliver a good in accordance with the contract and is liable for any lack of conformity existing at the time of delivery. It also responds to any lack of conformity resulting from the packaging, the assembly instructions or the installation when it has been charged to it by the contract or has been carried out under its responsibility.

Article L217-5 of the Consumer Code
The property is in accordance with the contract:
1º If it is fit for the customary use of a similar good and, where applicable:
– if it corresponds to the description given by the seller and possesses the qualities that he has presented to the buyer in the form of a sample or a model;
– if it has the qualities that a buyer can legitimately expect in the light of the public statements made by the seller, the producer or his representative, in particular in advertising or labeling;
2 ° Or if it has the characteristics defined by mutual agreement by the parties or is suitable for any special use sought by the buyer, made known to the seller and that the latter has accepted.

Article L217-12 of the Consumer Code
The action resulting from the lack of conformity is prescribed by two years from the delivery of the goods.

Article 1641 of the Civil Code
The seller is bound by the guarantee by reason of the hidden defects of the thing sold which render it unsuitable for the use for which it is intended, or which diminish the use so much, that the buyer would not have acquired it, or not would have given a lower price, had he known them.

Article 1648 paragraph 1 of the Civil Code
The action resulting from the latent defects must be brought by the purchaser within two years from the discovery of the defect.

Defective products

If you are not satisfied with your purchase and think that the product is defective, thank you for contacting us through our contact form (by choosing the menu: “Product (s) received (s)”). We thank you for providing us with as much detail as possible about the product and the order.

If you return a defective product (necessarily by mail), we will review the product and notify you of your refund by email within a reasonable time. We will refund you as soon as possible and at the latest within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the day we confirmed to you by e-mail that we will refund your defective product.
The returned products in this case are fully refunded including delivery and return costs.
In case of exchange of a defective product by Uniqlo, you must return your defective product to Uniqlo within 30 (thirty) days.

Defective products must be returned in accordance with the return rules described above.

Only the French version of this document will prevail in a court of law.
